Is it transferable?+

No. It's linked to the original purchase and the item's serial number to prevent fraud and keep pricing low.

Does it replace the manufacturer warranty?+

No — it complements it. Manufacturer coverage applies first; Extended Warranty continues support afterwards per our policy.

What isn't covered?+

Wear-and-tear, misuse/accidents, unauthorised modifications or repairs, serial tampering, commercial/rental use (unless approved), and other exclusions described in our Extended Warranty Policy.

How do I claim?+
