We reserve the right to freeze payouts in suspected fraud cases. This protects honest sellers from being impacted by bad actors on the platform.

Payouts are exclusively in British Pounds. International sellers need a UK GBP-capable bank account to receive payouts. Most challenger banks like Wise and Revolut offer these.
Card processing and fraud screening are built into your Success Fee — no separate Stripe, PayPal, or card-fee line items on your payout. What you see is what you get.

When exactly do I get paid?
Private sellers: 24 hours after delivery is confirmed. Business sellers: 72 hours after order completion. Delivery confirmation means either valid courier tracking confirms delivery, or the buyer signs off.
How do I set up my payout bank account?
You add your UK bank details when you sign up as a seller. You can update them anytime from your seller portal.
Is there a minimum amount to get paid?
No. We pay out any amount — £40, £400, or £4,000 — as soon as delivery is confirmed and the payout window passes.
What if a buyer opens a dispute?
The payout on that specific order is paused until resolution. Other orders continue to pay out normally. Our team reviews disputes fairly and resolves most within 48 hours. Read the full dispute policy →
Can I receive payouts in a non-UK bank?
Not directly. All Rydiqo® payouts are in GBP and require a UK GBP-capable bank account. International sellers can use services like Wise or Revolut to hold a UK account number. If you're a high-volume international seller, contact us about options.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
If a sale is cancelled or fully refunded, the Success Fee is reversed automatically. Partial refunds are handled case by case. See our refund policy →
