2 Eligibility
  • Extended Warranty is available only on items purchased directly from Rydiqo® (Sold by Rydiqo®).
  • Must be purchased at checkout or within 14 days of delivery.
  • Coverage is linked to the item's unique serial number or proof of purchase and is non-transferable.
3 How it works

The standard manufacturer warranty applies first. Once that period ends, the Rydiqo® Extended Warranty continues coverage as defined in Section 1.

If a part needs replacement, you'll receive it at exclusive reduced cost, subject to eligibility checks.

Designed to protect: The Rydiqo® Extended Warranty is designed to protect genuine customers, reduce repair costs, and ensure long-term reliability of your purchase. Misuse or breach of these conditions results in immediate loss of coverage.
4 What's not covered (warranty void situations)

The Extended Warranty will be void if any of the following apply:

  • Accidental damage — unintentional, unexpected, or sudden damage.
  • Consumables such as oils, cleaning products, or batteries reaching end of natural lifespan.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents (including water damage, overloading, or reckless riding).
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved parts or accessories.
  • Commercial use, rental, courier, or delivery service usage unless specifically approved in writing by Rydiqo®.
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's or Rydiqo®'s care, maintenance, and charging guidelines.
  • Items that have been altered, dismantled, or tampered with in any way.
  • Serial number removal, tampering, or inability to verify proof of purchase.
  • Damage arising from third-party couriers, improper storage, or environmental factors (e.g., rust, mould, extreme weather).
  • Any loss, theft, or damage not directly linked to a covered part fault.
  • Resold items, second-hand items, or items no longer in the possession of the original purchaser.
  • Normal wear and tear.
5 How to make a claim
  1. Contact Rydiqo® support with your order number and serial number.
  2. Describe the fault and upload photos or video showing the issue.
  3. Our warranty team reviews your claim, typically within 1–2 working days.
  4. If approved, we arrange discounted parts, priority support, or repair guidance.
