How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the product type. Rydiqo® Delivery starts from £8.99 for small parts and goes up to £189 for go-karts and larger e-rides. Items marked "Sold by Rydiqo®" include free Mainland UK delivery. The exact cost is shown on every eligible listing before checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Rydiqo® Delivery: 2–3 working days from collection. "Sold by Rydiqo®" items: 3–7 working days with free delivery. Seller Delivery: follows the seller's stated timescales shown on the listing.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If no one is available when delivery is attempted, a re-delivery fee may apply. To avoid delays and extra costs, please make sure someone is available to receive the item at the arranged time.
Is my order protected during delivery?
Yes. Every Rydiqo® Delivery includes tracking and in-transit protection up to £10,000. "Sold by Rydiqo®" orders are also fully covered. Seller-delivered orders must provide tracking or proof of delivery to stay covered — see Rydiqo® Buyer Protection.
Do you deliver to Highlands, Islands, NI or ROI?
Mainland UK is covered at the fixed prices shown. Out-of-area postcodes (Highlands, Islands, NI, ROI) may require a custom quote. Contact us with your postcode and item details for a quote before ordering.
Will my e-bike arrive assembled or boxed?
Exactly as it was collected. Rydiqo® Delivery ships items in the same condition they leave the seller — boxed stays boxed, assembled stays assembled. Most new items ship boxed; most used/private sale items ship assembled.
