Boosted Listings are an optional paid feature that puts your item in premium positions across Rydiqo® — giving it greater visibility and the potential to sell faster. This policy explains how they work, pricing, and the rules for using them.
- Premium placement: homepage, category tops, and promotional areas.
- Pay upfront, non-refundable — boost fees are paid before placement begins.
- Durations: 3, 7, or 14 days — starts immediately after payment.
- Not guaranteed sales: results depend on listing quality, pricing, and demand.
- Rule breaks cancel boosts without refund. Keep listings compliant.

1How Boosted Listings work
- Your item is highlighted and shown in higher search positions across relevant categories.
- Boosts may also place your listing in special promotional areas such as the homepage, category pages, and email campaigns.
- Boost placement is dynamic — position can change based on demand, category activity, and other marketplace factors.
2Pricing & payment
- Boosts are priced as stated on the Boost checkout page.
- All Boost fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
- Payment is processed securely through Rydiqo®'s payment partners.
3Duration of boost
- Boost durations (for example, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days) are shown before purchase.
- The Boost period starts immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Boosts cannot be paused, transferred, or extended without a new purchase.
4Performance expectations
While Boosted Listings generally receive more visibility than standard listings, Rydiqo® does not guarantee a sale, a specific number of views, or clicks. Results can vary depending on:
- Listing quality (photos, description, pricing)
- Category demand and seasonality
- Overall marketplace activity
5Boost restrictions
- Only eligible listings can be boosted — items that violate our Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy are not eligible.
- If your listing is removed for breaching marketplace rules, your Boost will be cancelled without refund.
- You cannot transfer an active Boost from one listing to another.
6Rydiqo®'s rights
Rydiqo® reserves the right to remove or adjust Boost placements for technical, legal, or policy reasons. In such cases, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
