Can I use my own courier?
Yes — just upload valid tracking or proof of delivery. For fewer claims and faster payouts, we recommend Rydiqo® Delivery.
What if the parcel is damaged in transit?
With Rydiqo® Delivery, shipments are insured in transit up to £10,000 per shipment. For your own courier, claims depend on the carrier's terms and your proof.
What fees do I pay?
No listing fees. A Success Fee applies only when your item sells — 8–12% depending on tier. See Success Fees for current promotional rates.
How fast will I actually get paid?
