When you buy on Rydiqo®, your payment is processed through our payment providers. For marketplace orders, the seller is not paid immediately. Seller payouts are processed after delivery is confirmed or after the buyer review window has passed. If an issue is reported, the payout may be paused while we review the case.

Good to know: If something unexpected happens during delivery — a delay, a missing update, a damaged parcel — our support team steps in immediately.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Report within 48 hours of delivery and include a short unboxing video or photos for a fast decision. The clearer the evidence, the faster we resolve it.

Do I need Rydiqo® Delivery for protection?

Marketplace coverage applies to all purchases completed on Rydiqo®. In-transit insurance up to £10,000 applies to Rydiqo®-managed deliveries only. See delivery options →

What if I choose local collection or Seller Delivery?

The transaction remains covered by Rydiqo®'s marketplace process. Inspect the item on arrival, then approve in a tap. If the item isn't as described, report within 48 hours just like any other purchase.
