Do I need to box it up or print a label?
On most bookings, no. There's usually no packaging and no label needed: our courier wheels your e-ride straight into the van and delivers it to the buyer ready to ride. For batteries, chargers and small parts, a bag or box just helps make sure nothing goes missing.
How much does e-bike delivery cost?
E-bike delivery is a fixed £89 anywhere in Mainland UK. E-scooters are £79, electric dirt bikes £139 and e-mopeds £165, with batteries from £49 and parts from £8.99. In-transit cover up to £10,000 is included in every price.
Do I need to have bought or sold on Rydiqo®?
No. Rydiqo® Delivery is open to anyone moving an e-ride, battery or part, wherever it was bought or sold: Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Gumtree, a shop or a private sale.
When do I pay?
When you book, through our secure checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees, and you'll get an instant booking confirmation by email.
Is my item covered?
Every Rydiqo® Delivery includes in-transit cover up to £10,000. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a timestamped unboxing video. See the shipping policy →
How long does delivery take?
On average, just 1–2 days from collection, with tracking the whole way. Your partner courier confirms the exact slot with both of you.
