Coming soon in the US: we'll collect from you and deliver to the buyer in ~2–3 business days — no strangers at your door, no arranging couriers, no "cash on collection". For now, ship with your own tracked courier. Items travel as collected (boxed stays boxed; assembled stays assembled), and the buyer's payment stays protected until delivery is confirmed.

What if a buyer changes their mind?
Private sales aren't required to accept change-of-mind returns, and U.S. law provides no general right to return online orders for change of mind. Business sellers follow applicable U.S. consumer-protection laws. Rydiqo® manages the process and protects honest sellers. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I use my own courier?
Yes — just upload valid tracking or proof of delivery. For fewer claims and faster payouts, we recommend Rydiqo® Delivery.
What if the parcel is damaged in transit?
Rydiqo® Delivery (coming soon) will insure shipments in transit up to $10,000 per shipment. For your own courier, claims depend on the carrier's terms and your proof.
What fees do I pay?
No listing fees. A Success Fee applies only when your item sells — 8–12% depending on tier. See Success Fees for current promotional rates.
How fast will I actually get paid?
Private sellers: within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Verified business sellers: within 72 hours of order completion. Full detail on our Payouts page.
What happens if there's a dispute?
