How delivery works across the Rydiqo® marketplace — including Rydiqo® Delivery (coming soon), Sold by Rydiqo®, Seller-Provided Delivery, and Collection. Applies to all purchases made on rydiqo.com.

1 Scope & service areas
  • the contiguous US only: Standard services cover the contiguous US. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and other out-of-area ZIP codes may not be available or may incur surcharges.
  • If shipped by Rydiqo®: Contact us before purchase and we'll confirm coverage and pricing for your ZIP code.
  • If shipped by the seller: Message the seller via the listing to confirm availability and pricing to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories before purchase.
2 Delivery options

A) Rydiqo® Delivery — coming soon

Coming soon: Rydiqo® Delivery is not yet available in the US. For now, items ship via Seller Delivery, or Sold by Rydiqo® delivery on Sold by Rydiqo® items. The fixed pricing below is indicative of our planned US launch.

  • Insurance: in-transit cover up to $10,000 per shipment.
  • Condition on delivery: we deliver the item in the same condition it was collected. Boxed arrives boxed; assembled arrives assembled.
  • Tracking: full tracking and status updates provided.
  • Availability: shown on eligible listings. If not displayed, choose Seller Delivery or Collection.

B) Free Delivery — "Sold by Rydiqo®"

  • Price: delivery on Sold by Rydiqo® items as stated on the listing.
  • Timescale: typically 3–7 business days (standard service).
  • Insurance: standard carrier terms apply unless the listing expressly offers enhanced cover.
  • Eligibility: applies only to items marked "Sold by Rydiqo®".

C) Seller-provided delivery

  • Set by the seller: cost, courier choice, and timescales are determined by the seller and displayed on the listing in most cases.
  • Tracking required: sellers must provide a valid tracking number or proof of delivery. Rydiqo® monitors compliance to protect buyers.
  • Coverage: some sellers may deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Always confirm via the listing message tool before purchase.
3 Collection option

If enabled by the seller, buyers may choose Collection after paying securely on Rydiqo®. Collection must be pre-arranged via the order page.

Important: Do not pay sellers directly. The seller is paid only once collection or delivery is confirmed. For your safety, inspect the item on collection and contact Rydiqo® immediately with photo/video if anything is not as described.
4 Dispatch & delivery timelines
  • Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Start of clock: For Rydiqo® Delivery, the timeline begins at collection, not order placement.
  • Missed delivery: If no one is available, redelivery or return fees may apply. We'll share carrier instructions by email or SMS.
5 Insurance, loss & damage
  • Rydiqo® Delivery: in-transit cover up to $10,000 per shipment. Damage or loss claims must be reported to Rydiqo® within 48 hours of delivery with timestamped unboxing video and clear photos.
  • Sold by Rydiqo® (free delivery): standard carrier terms apply unless a listing offers enhanced cover. Report issues within 48 hours with evidence.
  • Seller-provided delivery: claims are assessed under the seller's chosen courier terms. Tracking or proof of delivery is required. Report issues within 48 hours.
6 Addresses, access & buyer responsibilities
  • Ensure your delivery address, access details, and contact number are accurate at checkout.
  • For heavy or oversized items (e-bikes, trikes, mopeds, go karts, mobility scooters), please ensure safe access for couriers. Stairs, gated access, or restricted parking may require pre-notification and can affect service.
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur carrier fees or delays.
7 Out-of-area, oversize & surcharges
  • Some items (e.g., e-tricycles, mopeds, go karts, mobility scooters) or out-of-area ZIP codes may require a custom quote or surcharge. We'll confirm before booking.
  • Maximum weights and dimensions vary by listing and courier. If in doubt, message the seller or contact us before purchase.
8 Cancellations & failed delivery
  • US shipping law (FTC): Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if an order cannot be shipped within the stated time (or within 30 days where no time is stated), we will notify you and you may consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
  • Before collection/dispatch: You may request cancellation. Fees may apply if a collection slot has been booked or packaging undertaken.
  • After collection/dispatch: Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Redelivery or return freight and handling fees may apply.
  • Failed delivery/collection: If the courier cannot access the address or the consignee is unavailable, additional charges may apply per carrier terms.
9 Buyer Protection reminder

All marketplace purchases are covered by Rydiqo® Buyer Protection. If an item arrives not as described, report it within 48 hours of delivery with a timestamped unboxing video and photos so we can step in quickly.
