How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the item and option. Items marked "Sold by Rydiqo®" include free shipping across the contiguous US. Seller Delivery pricing is set by the seller and shown on every listing before checkout. (Fully managed Rydiqo® Delivery is coming soon.)
How long does shipping take?
"Sold by Rydiqo®" items: free shipping, with the delivery time shown on each listing. Seller Delivery: follows the seller's stated timescales shown on the listing.
What if I miss my delivery?
Carriers will usually attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection details. For large items, please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery to avoid delays or extra carrier fees.
Is my order protected during shipping?
Yes. "Sold by Rydiqo®" orders are fully covered, with in-transit cover up to $10,000. Seller-delivered orders must provide tracking or proof of delivery to stay covered — see Rydiqo® Buyer Protection.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?
Most listings cover the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and remote areas may require a custom quote or may be limited by the seller. Contact us with your ZIP code and item details for a quote before ordering.
Will my e-bike arrive assembled or boxed?
Exactly as listed. Most new items ship boxed; most used/private-sale items ship assembled. Each listing tells you which before you buy.
