1Rydiqo®'s role & seller of record
  • Marketplace / agent: RYDIQO LTD operates the platform as a disclosed agent that facilitates transactions between you and buyers. Rydiqo® does not take title to your goods.
  • Seller of record: For your listings, you are the seller of record and the contracting party with the buyer. You are responsible for product safety, legal compliance, and taxes (including any applicable U.S. sales and income taxes).
  • Payment collection agent: You authorise Rydiqo® to collect payment from buyers as your agent, deduct applicable fees and commission, and remit the balance to you.
1AAppointment as Limited Payment Collection Agent
  • Appointment. You appoint RYDIQO LTD as your limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting and processing funds from buyers for purchases of your listed goods and services on Rydiqo®.
  • Effect of buyer payment. Payment made by a buyer to Rydiqo® (or to a third-party payment service provider engaged by Rydiqo®) is deemed the same as payment made directly to you. The buyer's payment obligation to you is discharged at the time Rydiqo® successfully receives the funds.
  • Remittance & deductions. Rydiqo® will (i) deduct Rydiqo® fees, commissions, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, taxes collected/withheld where applicable, and any amounts otherwise due to Rydiqo®; and (ii) remit the net balance to your nominated payout method.
  • Refunds & chargebacks. You authorise Rydiqo® to issue refunds to buyers on your behalf where required under these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or a final dispute outcome; and to debit or withhold from your payouts for chargebacks, reversals, adjustments, or fines arising from your transactions.
  • No fiduciary / no trust. Rydiqo®'s role as limited payment collection agent does not create a fiduciary relationship, trust, or custodial arrangement. Funds may be processed through regulated payment service providers. No interest accrues on funds held prior to payout.
  • Compliance & KYC. Payouts may be delayed, suspended, or refused where Rydiqo® or its payment partners must complete KYC/AML checks, where fraud or policy breaches are suspected, or where required by law, court order, card scheme, or payment-network rules.
  • Failed / returned payouts. If a payout fails or is returned, you authorise Rydiqo® to attempt repayment to the same or another verified payout method. You remain responsible for supplying accurate bank details and any fees incurred due to incorrect details.
  • Currency & conversion. Where currency conversion is required, conversion will be completed by Rydiqo® or its payment partner at the rate and time of processing, and may include a conversion fee as disclosed by the processor.
  • Scope limitation. Rydiqo®'s appointment is limited to collection and processing of payments for transactions concluded on Rydiqo®. Rydiqo® does not guarantee payment by any buyer and is not responsible for amounts not received due to buyer or bank failure, or due to events outside Rydiqo®'s reasonable control.
  • Survival. Your appointment of Rydiqo® as limited payment collection agent survives suspension or termination of your account for the purpose of handling refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and final settlement associated with prior transactions.
2Invoicing & tax
  • Receipts on your behalf: You authorize Rydiqo® to issue order receipts to buyers on your behalf using your legal entity details. These identify you as the seller, not Rydiqo®. Where Rydiqo® is a marketplace facilitator under applicable U.S. state law, it may calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on covered transactions.
  • Commission invoices to you: Rydiqo® will issue invoices to you for commission/fees (including any applicable taxes). Commission is deducted automatically prior to payout.
  • Accuracy & records: You must provide a correct legal name, address, and taxpayer information (e.g., IRS Form W-9), and keep records required by the IRS, applicable state tax authorities, and law.
3Fees & commission

Standard commission tiers:

  • $0 – $499: 12%
  • $500 – $1,499: 10%
  • $1,500 – $2,999: 9%
  • $3,000+: 8%

Commission is deducted automatically from the order total prior to payout. Unless otherwise stated, commission is inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Commission rates may vary depending on promotions or other factors. See Success Fees for current promotional rates.

4Payouts
  • Private sellers (under 5 active listings): paid within 24 hours of successful delivery confirmation.
  • Business sellers: paid within 72 hours of order completion once verified by Rydiqo®.
  • Holds: payouts may be held if there is a dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, or policy breach until resolved.
  • Currency: payouts are made in USD by bank transfer.

See Payouts for full detail.

5Listing standards
  • Provide accurate titles (brand, model, key specs) and clear, unedited photos of the actual item.
  • Disclose condition: new / brand-new boxed / refurbished / used / for parts or not working. List any faults, damage, missing parts, modifications, and battery condition.
  • Use truthful pricing — no bait-and-switch or duplicate spam listings.
  • IP compliance: no counterfeit or trademark-infringing items.
6Prohibited & restricted items
  • Stolen goods, unsafe or recalled products, counterfeit items.
  • Non-compliant batteries or chargers, or items illegal under U.S. federal or state law.
  • Road-use items that do not meet applicable U.S. federal or state regulations unless clearly sold as off-road use only.
  • Any item listed as prohibited in our Prohibited Items Policy.
7Shipping, delivery & collection
  • Rydiqo® Delivery (coming soon in the US): when available, prepare the item as agreed — assembled remains assembled, boxed remains boxed. We provide tracking and in-transit cover up to $10,000. Until it launches, use seller-provided shipping or Sold by Rydiqo®.
  • Seller-provided shipping: you must dispatch within your stated timeframe and upload a valid tracking number or proof of delivery. Secure packaging required.
  • Collection: if you offer collection, the buyer must pay via Rydiqo® first. Do not accept off-platform payments. You are paid out only after successful handover confirmation.

See Shipping Policy for full detail.

8Buyer Protection & disputes
  • Buyers have 48 hours from delivery or collection to report "not as described", wrong/missing item, or non-delivery. Evidence (timestamped unboxing video and photos) is required.
  • Rydiqo® will assess evidence from both parties and make the final decision. You must cooperate and respond promptly.
  • If a claim is upheld, you must accept the return and/or refund as directed. Failure to comply may result in deductions from payout and account action.
  • Business sellers must comply with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection laws. U.S. law provides no general right to cancel or return online orders for change of mind (the FTC Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to internet sales).

For U.S. users, the binding individual arbitration and class-action waiver in the Terms of Service apply to disputes with Rydiqo®. See Dispute Resolution and Seller Protection.

9Communications & off-platform sales
  • Reply to buyer messages within 1 business day.
  • All communications should remain on Rydiqo®. Soliciting or completing off-platform payments voids Buyer Protection and may lead to suspension.
  • Abusive behavior, harassment, or spam is prohibited.
10Taxes & compliance
  • Rydiqo®, as a marketplace facilitator, may be required to collect and remit U.S. sales tax on your behalf in certain states. You remain responsible for all other taxes (including income tax) arising from your sales.
  • Provide accurate taxpayer information (e.g., IRS Form W-9). Rydiqo® or its payment partners may issue an IRS Form 1099-K reporting your sales where required.
  • You agree to provide documentation reasonably requested by Rydiqo® to verify compliance.
11Breaches, holds & account actions
  • We may remove listings, withhold or reverse payouts, or suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, policy breaches, unsafe items, or failure to cooperate in disputes.
  • We may offset amounts owed to Rydiqo® (e.g., chargebacks, refunds, fees) against future payouts.
12Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of Rydiqo® constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
